Terms and Conditons for all HypeFree.com Products:

Any payment plans offered as a convenience only. Payment plans are not offered on every product and will only be honored on products where HypeFree – TechnoVestor, Inc offers that option. Customer is solely responsible for guaranteeing that funds are available to be charged. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Product Return Policies and Procedures
It is our policy to offer a 30-day, no questions asked money back guarantee.

We provide Full 30 days no questions asked return policy on all Products, Except: No Refunds on Mentoring and any on-line developement and Implementation Training programs.

Also:
A refund is automatically voided:
- After access to the program has been made available.
- One and/ or all Bonuses have been taken advantage of.

If you have purchased a digital product and are not satisfied, just let us know by submitting a ticket to our support desk (Support@HypeFree.com) within 25 days of your purchase and we will send you a full refund. The Refund will be processed upon request. For any other physical products, please submit a ticket to our support desk telling us you would like a refund. We will provide you with an address and instruction on where to return the product to. Just return your complete physical product to us within 25 days of receiving the product and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancel Service:
All recurring billings stay Active till you cancel in sending an email to: AylaW@HypeFree.com Contact us 5 business days prior to your upcoming monthly renewal date. No Refund will be issued if you cancel after the billing has been processed. The cancellation takes effect immediately, after our office receives your written cancellation notice.

Credit Card Expirations or Declines (Account Abandonment):
Please note that allowing a credit card to expire or not submitting payment online regardless of invoice receipt status will not automatically cancel your account as we maintain all account data and allow you access to your account. You will remain responsible for paying the monthly charge, which will accrue to your account, until we receive a cancellation notice. We will send notice to the email on record if a card is declined. We reserve the right to send delinquent accounts to a collection agency if they are not paid within 3 months.

Price changes – applies to all of our Products:
In order to stay in business, we have to analyze our cost at all times. And sometimes we are forced to make changes regarding Terms, Bonuses and Price without informing the customer prior to the change taking place.

Refusing to accept a Project(s): We reserve the right to refuse and / or not to accept Projects, without giving any reason or justification.

As a customer of ours, you are responsible to read and to understand our Terms and Conditions, before purchasing the product at any of our sites, in person or by phone. Customer is solely responsible for guaranteeing that funds are available to be charged. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Service: GoWebinarPro – provides a Webinar Service as descript at: http://www.gowebinarpro.com/HowItWorks/ The Customer pay’s a 30-day recurring service fee, for which he signed up for at: http://www.gowebinarpro.com/Pricing/ GoWebinarPro grants the Customer a non-transferable access and use to the Webinar administrative panel.

The right to store recorded Webinars in GoWebinarPro database is limited to 30 days or to the Server space, which you determined by the package you choose at: http://www.gowebinarpro.com/Pricing/

When the storage space is exceeded the eldest webinar recording will be deleted without any notice. GoWebinarPro enabled the Customer with the possibility to email participants reminder emails containing a unique URL to access the Webinar Event. It is the Customer’s responsibility to distribute the URL and to market his Webinar.

Fees: The Customer is solely responsible for guaranteeing that funds are available to be charged through our secure automated OneShoppingCart system on every 30th day. The system will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly service fee. If the service fee is not collected at the 3rd attempt, our service will be discontinued at that time and the access to the Webinar administrative panel will be removed.

NOTE: No Refund will be issued if you cancel after the monthly billing has been processed and our office did not receive your cancellation request as stated above. Our automated system will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly service fee. If the service fee is not collected at the 3 attempt, our service to you will be discontinued and the “work in progress” will be stopped.

Refund: GoWebinarPro honors refund requests up to thirty (30) days, after purchase.

Except:
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled, received a Refund, signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. (No repeated money-backs are available). Since the GoWebinarPro system is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once your order is “in progress” or has been completed. That includes but is not limited to: You, the customer, are or have utilized any of our staff member’s time.

Also: A refund is automatically voided:
- After access to the program has been made available.
- One and/ or all Bonuses have been taken advantage of.

No refunds will be issued for work “in progress” or “completed”.

Reactivation: Only Customers, whose Service maintenance payment has elapsed for less than 35 days, are eligible for a free activation.

Website Performance: No guarantee or promises being made on the performance of your website.

Refusal of Service: Refusing to accept a Project(s): We reserve the right not to accept Projects, without giving any reason or justification. Customers may not unprofessional, or disrespectful language towards any member of our staff. Definition of any such behavior is to be solely at our discretion.

Warning: The GoWebinarPro system is protected. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
